Terms of use
Using the site
These terms apply to the use of God's World (https://www.god-s-world.org, "the site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
A free service
The site is free. It is supported by voluntary donations only: there are no purchases and no advertising. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the site at any time.
Accounts
An account is optional. If you create one, you agree to:
- give correct information and keep your login details (password, wallet) safe: you are responsible for what is done with your account;
- use only your own account;
- understand that an account created with a wallet has no e-mail and no recovery: if you lose the wallet you lose the account.
You can delete your account at any time in the game (see the privacy policy).
Names, countries and flags
The name you show in the game is a nickname: we do not check it, but it must not impersonate anyone or be offensive, and we may change or remove a name that is. You may choose any country and flag from the list. The site is apolitical: it takes no side in any dispute about countries, borders or the status of territories, and the list is not a statement on any of them.
Fair use
Please do not:
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or other users' accounts;
- use automated tools to copy the site or create accounts in bulk;
- use the site for anything unlawful or to harm others.
We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules.
Content
The texts, translations, images, software and design of the site belong to their respective owners or licensors. Unless a page says otherwise, you may use the site for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy or redistribute its content in bulk without permission.
Spiritual content, no advice
The site offers religious texts and related material for reading and reflection. It is not professional, legal, medical or pastoral advice, and it does not speak for any church or community.
No warranty and limits of liability
The site is provided "as it is", without guarantees that it is free of errors or always available. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the site or from its unavailability, including the loss of saved game data. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you and cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
